Menu Path: Administration > Bill Messages
This system maintains a table of standard messages that can be printed on the bills. This table is of value only if the bill prints a message. The message is selected prior to printing the batch bills.
Code: Enter a code that will be used to identify and retrieve the message.
Message: Enter the message associated with the code. The message will be printed on the bill if the space is available. Messages should be sized according to the space available on the bill.
