Menu Path: Customer > Notes
The window maintains a record of each note entered by the user for each customer. When a note is entered, the system automatically stamps the note with the login ID of the user and the date and time the note was entered. The number of notes that can be entered for a give account is functionally unlimited.
Entered On: Enter the date and time the note was created. This field is automatically updated by the system when the note is initially created, but it can be modified by the user.
Entered By: Enter the user’s login ID. This is automatically done by the system, but the user may change the input.
Note: Enter a note of any length.
