Menu Path: Setup > Update Book Billings Group
This process allows the user to assign a group of books to a billing group.
Select Books: Select the books from the list that should be included in the billing group. To review the procedure for selecting books, clear here.
Billing Group: Select the billing group from the list provided.
Required? Check the boxes that are required for this book / billing group combination. To review the documentation for each of the fields, click here.
When the user selects this button the system creates a record for each book selected and the billing group indicated. The user may edit these records individually after they have been created by selecting Administration on the menubar and then Books.
